Carla Braddy owns Coming Home Group with REAL and works as a full-time broker serving Cañon City, Fremont County, and the Royal Gorge region. She was born and raised here, and she has spent her career helping buyers, sellers, and families relocating to Colorado find their footing in this market.

Carla is a past President of the Royal Gorge Association of Realtors and serves on the Board of Directors for the Royal Gorge Chamber Alliance. Alongside her own clients, Dawn trains and mentors new agents and does real estate business coaching. She sees the job as education rather than dealmaking: help people set goals, build a plan, and walk them through it.

Dawn holds a B.A. in Finance. She is married with one grown son, and she spends her free time camping, fly fishing, riding ATVs, and training her dogs for agility competitions.

Kristi Meyer came to real estate after more than 15 years in counseling, and it shows in how she works. Active listening, problem-solving, accountability, and a non-judgmental approach carry over directly, along with a talent for tracking down resources her clients need.

One of her passions is working with investors to find properties that need a transformation. Investing in property means investing in people and in the community, which is one of the reasons she loves the work.

Kristi spends her time with her partner and their dogs, hunting for treasures at thrift stores, and volunteering and fostering for dog rescue organizations.

Ashley McDermott Malcolm brings 14 years as a paralegal to her real estate practice, and with it a habit of chasing down every detail a client needs to make an informed decision. Cañon City is her hometown, which gives her a useful perspective when she shares it with buyers.

She holds a degree in History and has traveled widely, including frequent trips to see her three adult daughters and granddaughter in the Gunnison Valley.

Ashley believes home ownership should be within reach for everyone. She avoids industry jargon, explains what clients need to know, and slows down when the situation calls for it.

Every job Nick Sartori has held led him here. He has worked as a case manager and advocate for adults with disabilities, a probation officer, a school counselor, and a football coach. He has been a real estate agent since 2014, working in residential, land, and commercial sales.

As a buyer's agent, Nick enjoys making the right match, which is one reason he has been a top volume producer in residential sales. With an M.A. in Counseling behind him, he reads people well and solves problems calmly.

Nick is a dad to four daughters and spends most of his free time at their activities. When he gets a break, he runs the Riverwalk, bikes, golfs, and serves on local non-profit boards.

Della Rieger grew up on a farm in Edmonton, Alberta, and became a nurse. She met her husband while working in an ICU at a teaching hospital in Canada. Their shared love of small towns eventually brought them to Cañon City about 15 years ago, where they raised three sons.

After five years as the school nurse at Canon Exploratory School, Della moved into real estate. She loves showing people what Fremont County has to offer, and she means it even when they do not end up buying a house.

Volunteering matters to her. Della is active with the Zonta Club and PEO, sits on the boards of Loaves & Fishes and CASA, and serves as a Chamber Alliance Ambassador. She is known for going well past the closing table, including helping clients pack.

Lisa Beicker has called Cañon City home since she was 12. She and her husband Charles have been married 30 years and raised their two sons, Tristen and Ashton, here.

Lisa started out in advertising at the Daily Record, then spent eight years in television advertising with Comcast before building a 23-year career with Arbonne. Whether the work is advertising, marketing, or sales, what drives her is helping people reach their own goals.

She has worked with Loaves & Fishes in the Restoring Hope program, trained speakers and coaches as part of John Maxwell's team, and served as executive pastor at The Vineyard, now River City Vineyard. Real estate, as she puts it, is service work, and she wants to help people turn a dream into a real address.

Amber Treadwell moved to Fremont County six years ago with her husband and three busy boys. Her own home purchase went badly, mostly because nobody kept her informed, and she got licensed determined to give people the opposite experience.

She leans on video marketing and social media to get her sellers maximum exposure, and she will promote a listing even when it is not hers. With buyers, especially first-timers, she takes the time to understand what they actually want and what they can actually afford.

Amber is direct with clients, including about the things they would rather not hear. As she puts it, she does what she says she will do. Off the clock, she supports local businesses and can usually be found at her sons' baseball games or out hiking and camping.

Shari Weissman is a Colorado native who spent most of her life on the Front Range, raising her family and building a sales and marketing company. For 18 years she led a team of 30, pairing market analysis with a real interest in developing the people who worked for her.

She moved into real estate six years ago and went full time quickly, bringing strong negotiation skills and a research habit with her. Today she serves clients in both the Denver area and Cañon City.

Fremont County drew her in 2018, closer to her adult children and grandchildren. Family is the center of her life, along with skiing, mountain biking, and music.

Monique Santilli grew up in an Italian family in New York's Hudson Valley, where hustle was simply how things were done. That entrepreneurial streak made the move into real estate feel natural.

Her path started while she was running her own horse boarding facility. Touring farms and ranches introduced her to the business and pointed her toward a specialty in equestrian properties, which later grew to include luxury estates. She now works with clients along most of the Colorado Front Range.

Monique is adaptable by nature and brings creative marketing ideas to her sellers. Outside work she is family-oriented and passionate about horseback riding, cooking, music, and health and wellness.

Alyssa Loflin wanted to sell real estate straight out of high school. She became a teacher first, kept working on her real estate education, and went full time during the pandemic. That teaching background shows in how patiently she walks clients through the process.

She has closed more than 200 transactions, mentors new agents, and held ICON agent status for two years with a previous brokerage.

A native of eastern Colorado, Alyssa grew up around farming and ranching, a life she shares with her partner Nick, an eight-time NFR qualifier in pro rodeo, and their son. She recently returned to her hometown of Kiowa after years in Florence. Farm and ranch properties are her favorite work, and barrel racing is how she spends her weekends.

Justine Booth-Fernandez came to real estate by way of the road. She and her husband lived out of an RV as a traveling nurse and paramedic team, moving wherever the work took them.

Their daughter's birth changed the calculation. They bought their first home in Cañon City and found something Justine did not know she needed: a community and a place to stay put.

That experience is why she is so committed to first-time buyers. She listens closely to what people want, keeps the mood up when the process gets stressful, and treats every client the way she would want to be treated.

Christy Brooks joined the Cañon City community in late 2023 after spending most of her life in Utah. Her background runs from dental hygiene to Medicare navigation to credit repair, but it was her own success investing in real estate starting in 2007 that pushed her to get licensed as a broker.

Now licensed in Colorado, Christy is meticulous about the details. She keeps thorough notes, remembers the conversations, and reviews every contract more than once so nothing slips.

She is a mother of three sons and an advocate for animals of every kind, which is where her motto comes from: home for you, and your pets. She hikes, swims, and wakeboards, and hopes one day to retire to Kanab, Utah and volunteer at the Best Friends animal rehabilitation center.

Jamie Reed was raised in Cañon City and her roots here run deep. Her parents graduated from Cañon City High School, as did she and her husband, and today she teaches there. Her daughters are on track to follow the same path.

Growing up and building a life here gave Jamie a working knowledge of the neighborhoods and the people who make the community what it is. Her husband also built his business in Cañon City, helping families finish and improve their homes.

Jamie values integrity, communication, and hard work. She knows buying or selling a home is a milestone rather than a transaction, and she wants clients comfortable enough to ask any question along the way.

Jessica Stratton has coordinated real estate transactions in Cañon City since 2019, and she is the person many of Kurt Zerby’s clients dealt with first. She joined Coming Home Group with REAL as part of the transition so those clients would see a familiar face.

She handles contracts, disclosures, and the long list of documents and deadlines that follow a property under contract. Her job is to keep clients informed at every step so nothing comes as a surprise at closing.

Outside the office, Jessica is usually outdoors with her red-headed son, at the Royal Gorge Bridge, shooting billiards with her local pool league, or at a game or a concert.
